Well everyone. This is it. That big thing that everyone in the Digital Animation course has been dreading. Its a sign.

Collideascope has Closed.

Thats right. Closed. As of October they are shutting their doors for good.
For those of you who don't know, Collideascope is a Nova Scotian animation company who produced shows like Johnny Test. They were based in Halifax and were also one of the biggest animation studios this side of Ontario.
This puts me in a kind of difficult situation. My focus will be for 3D and the closure of Collideascope shouldn't effect me directly, but honestly it makes me worried. We were promised by the staff of our course that there was work and at the time there was. But it seems to be less and less as of late and I wonder if I haven't wasted all of my money yet. $20000 in student loans later... what will have to show for it?
